Comment: I have met the man,his music lights up a service and I think many people would become Catholics just listening to him

Comment: Close to you has been our family Hymn sinc we first heard it in the early eighties. It has been sung at All our Christenings, Weddings and Funerals, since then. I think that's quite a few Hatchings, Matchings, and Dispatchings over the years. Thank you Father John for such contemplative words and such wonderful music. With best wishes from the Manchester Mitton, Marron and Cassidy Clans. God Bless

Comment: I heard your song I Watch the Sunrise for the first time Sunday morning April 15th 2007 at a Christian Men's Retreat in Digby, Nova Scotia as part of a testimony. I am deeply moved by this [Daniel O'Donnell] version and now view each new sunrise in a different light. God Bless you Father John.

Comment: I think I watch the Sunrise is based upon the theme tune to the wonderfull childrens programme "Puff the magic dragon" Although I wouldnt associate something like a quality programme as that with this rubbish that passes in this country for post-concilliar musical "renewal". It is with no surprise I read in The latest SSG magasine you have no musical training. When playing the organ the hym,n number 262 just makes me want to vomit. You Prat is the only thing I have to say.Gladly weve not met
